Hello, gentle audience of the Web!
I have my own blog. I'm officially a "blogger" (such an odd word!). My thoughts, feelings, political opinions, shameless show plugs, and the dumba$$ things that I occasionally do can now be posted on the internet for all the world to read. Aaaaaah, the power . . .

You may be wondering about the title of my blog, so allow me to explain. Ever since I was a small child, I've known that my future would involve standing on the stage in a huge room with many seats and "a lot of people who have all payed a great deal to get in" (a shout out to all you "Class Act" fans!). That's right, gentle audience, I've wanted to be a singer/actress for as long as I can remember. I did run into a small hitch, though, when I reached the age of 13 and the height of 6' 1" simultaneously. (yes, I did play basketball and volleyball in highschool) I mean, how many leading men are there in the world that I could gaze UP at lovingly? I have never given up my dream, though, and am currently a senior music theatre and food service technology major at a small university. Hopefully this blog becomes the diary of a future Broadway diva, or if not, the diary of a really really good waitress or bartender : )

So please, sit back, put your feet up, and keep your eyes peeled as . . . (drumroll please)
